Q:  How do I get my WIPS™ card?
A: Contact your property management team to request your WIPS card. Each resident responsible for payment will be issued a WIPS card containing a unique identification number. Cards must be presented during each transaction to ensure a secure payment to the correct account.
Q:  How do I pay my rent with a WIPS card?
A: Take your WIPS card containing your unique identification number to the customer service center of a participating agent location. Present your card and cash payment to the participating agent –  you will need to know the amount due and include any additional fees associated at the time of the transaction. Your WIPS card must be presented at time of payment to ensure secure and proper payment to correct account. Proof of payment will be provided upon completion.
Q:  How do I find additional participating agents?
A: Go to In the “Please select Biller” drop- down menu, select WIPS Rent Payments and enter your zip code and type in the user authentication code displayed on the screen to see a list of participating agents in your area.
Q: What happens if I don’t include my transaction fee when I make a payment?
A: Your account will only be credited what you pay, less any transaction fee.
Q:  Are there any additional costs for using my WIPS card?
A: Similar to a money order, there is a small transaction fee each time you make a payment using your WIPS card. Contact the participating agent location for specific details on their   charges.
Q:  Are same day payments available?
A:  Payments will be credited the same day you make a payment at a participating agent location. Check with your property management team for additional information regarding payment timing and late fees.
Q: What if I overpay, can I get a refund?
A: Any overpayment will be considered a credit with your property manager. Refunds are not possible through WIPS.
Q: What if my WIPS card is lost, stolen or damaged?
A: Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will be replaced through your property management team.  Replacement fees may be applicable - consult your leasing office for additional details. As a reminder, WIPS cards do not contain personal information and can ONLY be used to pay your specific rent.
Q: What if I move?
A: Your WIPS card is only valid for your specific property and unit number. Your card may be transferred between units in the same apartment community. Check with your property management team for details.
